Product Display

1.Glue unit make the board and edge tape material glue evenly and ensure a solid adhesion.

2.End cutting unit through a precise linear guide movement, adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor and fast cutting structure to ensure the smooth of cutting surface. 

3.Trimming unit adopt flat knife which can prevent the thin veneer cracked. In addition, as the first banding process of PVC and acrylic, it can reduce the cutting forces and wear for the fine trimming cutter.

4.Scraping unit: The scraping mechanism used for removing the tool marks left by trimming and cutting process, to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.

5.Buffing unit adopts cotton polishing wheel to polishing the board, which to make a smoother surface.
